The Exam (FLNAT):What it is: The Foundational Literacy and Numeracy Assessment Test (FLNAT) is a nationwide assessment conducted under the ULLAS scheme. Purpose: To evaluate the literacy and numeracy skills of the participants and award certificates. Significance: The certificates awarded help to boost the confidence and motivation of the learners. Key Points:ULLAS is a centrally sponsored scheme approved for implementation from FY 2022-2027. It is designed to provide basic education, critical life skills, and continuing education to adult learners. The program is aligned with the goals of the National Education Policy (NEP) 2020.
