To commemorate Mohandas Karamchand Gandhi’s birth anniversary, October 2 is designated as Gandhi Jayanti. This day is observed as a national holiday. Therefore, the peace rally organized on 2nd October under the Legal Literacy Club of Government Model Sanskriti Senior Secondary, Thana was successfully completed on the previous working day 30/09/2023. Through the rally, the students of Legal Literacy Club made the villagers aware to follow the path of truth and non-violence shown by Mahatma Gandhi. Legal Literacy Club Vidyalaya Nodal Officer Dr. Chander Pal inspired the students to follow the path of peaceful movement and true non-violence started by Mahatma Gandhi.
