हीरक जयंती भारत स्काउट एवं गाइड जंबूरी, तमिलनाडु
तमिलनाडु में आयोजित हीरक जयंती भारत स्काउट एवं गाइड जंबूरी में देश-विदेश के लगभग 21,000 स्काउट्स और गाइड्स की भागीदारी के साथ एक भव्य आयोजन था। यह कार्यक्रम स्काउटिंग के आदर्शों, भारतीय संस्कृति की विविधता और राष्ट्रीय एकता को सशक्त बनाने का प्रतीक बना।
इस ऐतिहासिक आयोजन का उद्घाटन तमिलनाडु सरकार के शिक्षा मंत्री के द्वारा किया गया, जबकि समापन समारोह तमिलनाडु के मुख्यमंत्री की गरिमामयी उपस्थिति में सम्पन्न हुआ। कुरुक्षेत्र जिले से चार गाइड और एक गाइड कैप्टन रेणुका रा. आ स.व.मा. विद्यालय,थाना से स्काउट्स ने इस जंबूरी में भाग लिया। उनके लिए यह अनुभव अत्यंत प्रेरणादायक और ज्ञानवर्धक रहा।
प्रतिभागी सात दिनों तक टेंट में रहे और अनेक सांस्कृतिक व साहसिक गतिविधियों में हिस्सा लिया। एक दूसरे प्रदेश की संस्कृति से परिचय कराने के लिए विशेष कार्यक्रम आयोजित किए गए, जिसमें दूसरी भाषा में नाम लिखना, विभिन्न प्रदेशों की वेशभूषा पहनना, लोक नृत्य और गीत सीखना शामिल था।
फन एक्टिविटी, एडवेंचर एक्टिविटी, बांस-बल्लियों से गेट बनाना, रस्सी-डंडों के उपयोग से गैजेट बनाना, रंगोली प्रतियोगिता, एग्जीबिशन, परेड और कलर पार्टी जैसी प्रतियोगिताओं ने बच्चों के भीतर आत्मविश्वास और रचनात्मकता का संचार किया। राजकीय आदर्श संस्कृत वरिष्ठ माध्यमिक विद्यालय,थाना के 4 गाइड ने पिजेंट शो मै भाग लिया! लोक नृत्य प्रतियोगिता ने बच्चों को अपनी सांस्कृतिक विरासत का सम्मान करना सिखाया।
उपरोक्त कार्यक्रम में 30 जनवरी के दिन को हरियाणा राज्य के लिए विशेष रूप से मनाया गया।इस कार्यक्रम में शिक्षा मंत्री, तमिलनाडु ने मुख्य अतिथि की भूमिका निभाई।
कार्यक्रम का अंत में सर्वधर्म प्रार्थना सभा के साथ हुआ, जिसने सभी को एकता और सद्भाव का संदेश दिया। यह जंबूरी बच्चों के जीवन में एक अविस्मरणीय अनुभव बनकर उभरा। इसने उनमें आत्मविश्वास, नेतृत्व क्षमता और टीम वर्क जैसे गुणों को विकसित किया और उन्हें भारतीय संस्कृति की विविधता से जोड़ा।

It gives us immense pleasure to inform you that the Bharat Scouts and Guides, India is celebrating its 75th Year Diamond Jubilee Jamboree at Tiruchirappalli, Tamil Nadu from 28th January 2025 to 3rd February 2025.
This magnificent gala event will enable Eighteen Thousand Young Scouts and Guides and Adult Leaders of the country and abroad to march together for unity and solidarity with the theme “Empowered Youth, Developed India” and share their experiences with each other.
We extend a very warm invitation to your NSO to depute participants and join us in the celebration of 75 years of Bharat Scouts and Guides at Trichy, Tamil Nadu, India and look forward to a sizable participation.
Tamil Nadu is a land where people speak an ancient ‘living language’ that dates back to over five thousand years. The literary phrase ‘Thandamizh Veli Thamizh Nattagamellam’ (Paripadal) highlights the antiquity and pride of Tamil Nadu. Stretching from Venkadam in the north to Kanyakumari in the south, Tamil Nadu boasts of it’s cultural richness and ancient heritage. This region is abundant in resources such as mountain wealth, marine wealth, and soil wealth, and it has an ancient tradition. It is not an exaggeration to say that Tamil Nadu has excelled in various fields, including literature, Siddha medicine, music, dance, folk arts, martial arts, painting, sculpture, sports, philosophy, customs, rituals, science, and technology, from ancient times to the present day.
We hope that your MO will form a contingent of Scouts/Guides for the Jamboree.
